Oh, how I yearn for more time for myself!!!

Please hit the reply button with a ‘like’ if you can relate. I need to know that I am not the only one out there.

Making time for ourselves is so important, and like the sign says … for everyone else's safety as well:-)

Did you know that making time for yourself is a form of self-love? It shows that you value yourself, your needs, your time, and your priorities. That you care enough about yourself to invest in yourself.

I know! I know! Where are you supposed to find the time? I also struggle, running my own business, running the house, errands, shopping, school runs, and two boys whose biggest form of entertainment is to be with their Mommy.

So in the morning, I try to get up before everyone else. Even if it is only for 10 minutes alone on the couch with a cup of coffee. Some mornings the few minutes in the shower is all I get, but I try to quiet my mind and choose the right mindset for the day while the warm water is running over my head.

In the evenings I am exhausted but if I can keep my eyes open I try to squeeze in a bit of time in here as well. I read a book, answer some messages or just sit and stare into the darkness.

It is said that only when we take care of ourselves, can we truly take good care of others. And I want to add … only when we value ourselves enough to make time for ourselves will we mentally be at the right space to declutter our homes and create the environment in which we can flourish.

How do you make time time for yourself? Reply and leave your answer.
